Job Listing: Maintenance Mechanic

Our client located in the Havre de Grace, Maryland is immediately seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic.

Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining facilities, equipment and grounds.

Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for:

-Coordinating and participating in alterations and renovations
-Coordinating vendor contracts for janitorial, landscape, snow removal, office equipment, warehouse equipment, vending machines and roofing
-Implement and monitor the departments administrative and physical routines for all preventative maintenance and cost analysis
-Maintenance of: HVAC, Electrical, Lighting, Sprinkler (fire prevention), Sewage, Plumbing, Water, Gas, Energy Management, Company Vehicles, Warehouse Equipment, Vending Machines, and Roofing

The right candidate must possess:

-5+ Years of management experience in a maintenance environment
-Strong electromechanical background
-Experience with industrial maintenance
-Strong technical aptitude
-Ability to troubleshoot problems with; HVAC, industrial equipment, conveyor systems, etc.
-The ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
