Job Listing: PLC Programmer

Our client manufactures honeycomb substrates that are used in making catalytic converters for the automotive industry. In this position, the right candidate will be responsible for programming and software implementation for automation, controls, and instrumentation equipment for new product implementation and continuous improvement of existing facilities globally. This individual will also be responsible for developing concepts for control system architecture including PLC, HMI PC interface, and database interface.

This position requires experience with AC and DC systems and current knowledge for developing and programming PLC programs, preferably Allen Bradley control logix. The right candidate will also possess current knowledge of ethernet, controlnet, devicenet, and modbus communication and current knowledge of Allen Bradley rssql software. He/she will need to have knowledge of operator interface programs, preferably Allen Bradley RS View.
