Project Coordinator

*must be degreed and have experience.

* Assist the Project Manager, Estimator, and the Superintendent in organizing, controlling, monitoring and recording all activities of the construction management project.

* must have initiative, flexibility, imagination and perseverance to perform their duties. Job site activities change daily as the construction of the project proceeds

*liaison between the owner, architect, engineers, and subcontractors; process administrative work (order changes, submittals, drawings, and billing); interpretation of drawings, specification and field issues; and material and equipment procurement.

*RFI's, Change Orders, Scheduling.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, may be substituted with experience. Looking for someone who is personable and has had hands on experience in the construction industry.

The work is fast-paced and requires the Project Engineer to be a problem solver and to provide workable solutions to keep the job moving. Being an integral part of the construction team provides Project Engineers with hands-on experience from the beginning of their careers to develop the engineers to become Project Managers or Estimators.
