Job Listing: Data Entry Clerk

We are currently hiring a new class of Data Entry Clerks for our client located in Minnetonka, MN. This position is a 1st shift position, paying $13.00/hour.

Detailed Job Description:
-Investigate, problem solve, escalate and resolve customer inquiries.
-Document customer trouble reports and escalates according to established standard operating procedures.
-Provides quality customer service
-Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Qualifications include:
2-3 years of Data Entry Experience
Typing at least 50wpm
Accurate data entry alpha numeric
Accurate 10key
