Job Listing: Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting

Our client is a dynamic company looking for top-notch accountants to join their team. The company is located near Bethesda and seeks individuals that want to be part of a fast-paced work environment. The position will be responsible for:
- Management Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare SEC documentation as relates to M&A, 10Q and 10K
- Complete financial analysis & analytics review
- Participate in documenting accounting policy for senior management

Ideals candidates will possess:
- CPA or CPA Candidate REQUIRED
- Proven ability to produce accurate and time financial statements
- 3-5 years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Highly motivated team players with outstanding communication skills
