Volt Services Group is currently working with a manufacturing company in Downtown Chicago. They are a Fortune 500 company and need a customer service manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team enviornment.
The customer service manager is responsible for the daily management of the customer service support staff. Exceeding member and internal customer service expectations is crucial. Mentors and coaches customer service staff to deliver the highest possible member and internal customer service. Ensures all orders are properly received and processed the same day they are received.

Required Skills
To be considered for this position you must have the following requirements:
1. You must have at least 5 years of customer service experience.
2. Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree required.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills
4. Ability to successfully resolve conflict among team members and potentially with business partners.
5. Strong computer skills are a must.
