The Human Resources Business Partner Team Leader will work closely with our corporate business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that result in the improvement of this business unit’s performance to include: organizational development, change management, training and development, performance management, compensation, strategic planning and workforce planning. This individual will be a member of the business unit senior leadership team, as well as lead and/or participate in cross-functional project teams across the business unit.

Salary and Benefits
Specific accountabilities include:
Leadership of the HR merger integration initiatives to include Retention, Selection, Relocation, Knowledge Transfer, and Change Management. Work in partnership with HR Merger Project Office, HR Centers of Expertise, and Wachovia Securities business leadership team to flawlessly execute against merger integration plan.
Ensure full alignment of HR and human capital strategies with Securities core business strategies. This includes leading efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of HR products and services through Wachovia’s HR delivery model. In addition, develop and implement the capability to deliver HR solutions through HR business partners located in key Securities regions.
Provide effective coaching and counsel to Securities executive leadership team to ensure that leaders are effectively employing strategies to develop and sustain high performance teams.
Build collaborative, trusting and credible relationships with business unit senior leadership team
