Job Listing: Procurement Administrator

Our client , an expanding manufacturing firm, is looking for an Administrator in its Procurement Department. This person will be responsible for sourcing, costing, tooling development, ERP/MRP systems in addition to strong problem solving and communication abilities.

On a day to day basis this person will be responsible for working in the Procurement department managing the ordering and upkeep of certain parts and materials.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have a clear understanding of the daily, weekly, and monthly needs from an overall production standpoint. Experience around a JIT (just in time) environment would be a plus. Production will be a mixture of office/desk and physically going into plant to ensure product is fully stocked. This can be a stressful position, candidates must have great attention to detail.

This is a six month contract to hire, first shift position with a great possibility to become a permanent employee.

Since this is an immediate opening, individuals will need to be able to personally interview within 48 hours.
