Job Listing: Contract Assistant

Volt Technical Resources is currently hiring for a Part-Time Contract Administrator Assistant. This position will provide general support to the Director of Contracts and Export Compliance. This position requires experience with legal documents.

Key Responsibilities

~ Prepare routine documents, presentations, and correspondence for supported executive.

~ Proofread and edit materials for the Contracts and Export Compliance team.

~ Assist with scheduling and documenting meeting results and after action items

~ Contract tracking.

~ Filing and document control assignments

~ Prepare Contract documents from templates and track to completion

~ Travel reservations and expense report assistance


Required Skills

Education:

~ Minimum AA Degree

Work experience:

~3+ years of related experience, MUST have experience with legal documents.

Other:
* Proficient in MS Suite
* Strong editing and proofreading skills
* Strong customer service skills and project management skills
* Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Team player attitude
