Volt in partnership with a leading logistics company in Tukwila are seeking a strong administrative support person to assist them on a part-time ongoing basis. Candidate will be assisting and supporting the Business Development Manager with reports and presentations. They will work in the existing Access database and be responsible for the creation of new Access databases and updates. Other administrative duties and project support will be assigned as needed.

Required Skills

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of prior administrative experience. This position requires candidates to be intermediate to advanced users of Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint; be a self starter and have the ability to work independently once trained; flexibility to adapt quickly and switch tasks based on priority level and current projects.
