Manager (Aviation) Job Description:
A growing international company that is expanding its US operations is currently seeking a qualified purchasing manager for a long term direct placement position.

The procurement manager will manage and coach the purchasing team, review current company processes and introduce short, medium and long term structures and processes for the organization.

The qualified candidate will build and manage relationships with key suppliers, identify new high quality suppliers and support business expansion by building structures and processes to quickly integrate new customers.

The qualified purchasing manager will have prior experience working in the aerospace or aviation industries. The qualified candidate will have extensive experience with engineered parts or components, experience managing and developing staff, strong record of bottom line improvements through enhanced service levels and some experience developing operational strategies in an international environment.

The starting pay range is $100,000-$110,000 annually based upon experience as well as bonus up to 30% of the base salary. A full benefits package and competitive vacation package is included.
