Job Listing: Gas turbine engine Analyst

Position Description

The worlds leading independent APU repair provider for Auxiliary Power Units (APU's) and associated Line Replaceable Units (LRU's) is looking for an experienced APU Analyst.

Position responsibilities:
Participates in a secondary work scope after the APU has been cleaned

Reads, Interprets and applies customer instructions

Plan’s parts for internal & external repairs, previously identified by visual
inspector

Manifest all components segregating repairable, scrap and use as is
hardware

Provide training and assistance with the visual inspection process as
required.

Researches, reads and applies all pertinent technical data

Oversee scrap review process with PLM, engineer & program manger

Complete final APU quote package & delivers to Supply Chain

  • 10 YEARS IN TURBINE ENGINE REPAIR AND OVERHAUL
  • 2 YEARS IN COMPONENT DAMAGE AND REPAIR SELECTION
  • 2 YEARS WITH INSPECTION TOOLING
  • PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE
  • EXPERIENCE WITH BLUEPRINTS
  • EXPERIENCE WITH GD&T
  • APU (AUXILIARY POWER UNIT) EXPERIENCE
