Job Listing: Call Center Representative

A client in the Birmingham area is taking applications for Customer Service Representatives in their call center.

The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers regarding their accounts. The CSR will also make outbound calls regarding delinquent accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in a call center environment.
