Job Listing: Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is responsible for the Finance Strategy of the company. This entails the development and execution of a strategy which focuses on maximizing tax efficiency, profitability, and driving the finance function forward and above in order to add value to the business.
This individual will be responsible for accurate reporting, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, monthly reporting, accounting support for all Member companies, authorization and payment of expenses and bonus plans, as well as the preparation of the annual budget presentation. In addition, the Financial Controller will handle inventory management, maintenance of the fixed asset register, and the preparation of the annual budgetary figures for the company's business.
A qualified candidate should possess a minimum of five years experience in a similar role, previous management experience, varied accounting and administration background, the ability to work under pressure, commercial awareness, as well as the ability to negotiate and deal with external professional individuals.
