Job Listing: Call Center Supervisor

One of our clients, a leader in medical waste management and OSHA Compliance management is hiring a call center supervisor to join their team.
This position will be a full time opportunity with overtime available, located in Lincolnshire, IL.

Our client is a growing industry leader with innovative business practices and a strong dedication to customer service. The call center supervisor must share in this commitment to customer service and utmost professionalism, as well as display proven leadership and management skills.

The main requirements of the call center supervisor include:
*Managing 15-20 customer service representatives
*Strong understanding of call center metrics
*Maintain less than 5% abandonment rate
*Work with outside vendor and internal HR department in interviewing and hiring new customer service representatives
*Providing on-going training to representatives

The main qualifications of the call center supervisor include:
*3-5 years experience as a call center supervisor
*The ability to work second shift for at least 6-8 months before moving on to earlier shift
*Ability to maintain call center metrics and work with superiors to ensure excellent customer service practices are being met every day
