Job Listing: Tax Research Representative; Team Lead

Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking a Tax Research Representative for a direct placement opportunity in Rochester, NY. This position is within the legal real estate field.

Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to: answering in-bound and making out-bound telephone calls; researching and processing delinquent and current tax payments for homeowners; reporting functions; basic team leader/supervisory duties; various administrative and clerical duties as required.

Qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service expertise. Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team is a must! Familiarity with legal or real estate terminology and some college coursework completed is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
