Job Listing: Auction Rate Security Representative

Position Description

The Auction Rate Security Representative is a point of contact for clients regarding repurchasing of some auction rate securities. Inquiries may also include account maintenance, issue resolution, debit card and check writing inquiries, and questions about other products and services.

Additional duties include fielding clients’ tax related questions. This position requires a high level of knowledge about the products within the financial service industry and operations. It also requires strong interpersonal and client service skills, with an emphasis on problem solving, personal accountability, and professionalism

Skills Desired- One plus years of an accounting or finance background and/or an accounting or finance related degree and the ability to effectively respond to clients’ inquires regarding 1099 forms.
