Job Listing: Project Engineer

Duties:
Primary technical contact for assigned customers and projects. Provides daily information to customers and sales staff on the status of assigned projects. Prepares reports for management showing progress and performance of projects. Prepares update status on production equipment and new equipment in process of being built. Provides solutions to challenges in production and new tool building. Estimates the cost of projects and manages projects with input from Tool room personnel, Engineering staff and Sales staff.


**Requirements:**
- Substantial experience with mold building or work within the molding industry. Five years or more blue print reading and a strong background in plastic injection molding. Mold design knowledge and interest in designing molds a plus.
- Ability to operate personal computer. Knowledge of Windows based programs such as Outlook, Excel, Access, MS Project, Word, AutoCAD and Solid Works.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to direct and mentor others. Effectively presents directions and information in one-on-one and small group situation to other employees or customers.
