Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, a small call center in down town Indianapolis, is looking for two customer service representatives. These call center representatives will be answering inbound calls from callers regarding bus routes around Indianapolis. On average these call center representatives will be taking roughly 70 to 80 calls per day.

To be qualified for this position you MUST:

**Have 1-2 years call center experience, preferably inbound calls
**Have good job stability
**have 1-2 years of customer service experience

Preferred:
**bilingual
**Very familiar with city of Indianapolis
