Job Listing: Machinist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Experienced Milling CNC Machinist, preferred experience on Matsuura, Mori Seiki, and Haas Machines.
- Must be able to hold tight tolerances of +/- .0001.
- Must have experience in programming, set-up, full operation.
- Must be capable of problem solving and possess a high level of creativity.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum 10 years Milling experience
- Minimum 15 years overall Machinist experience

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Experience in shop math, tooling technology, blueprint reading, and measurement of parts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills including, but not limited to, contributing to a team oriented environment, balancing team and individual responsibilities, and keeping emotions under control.

Training Requirements

- SOP-Mfg-300 Process Control Procedure
- General Safety Orientation
- FDA Quality System Regulations
- Machine operation
- Blue Print Reading
- Use of measurement tools
