Job Listing: Dispatcher - Graveyard Shift

Our client, a family owned business in Concord, has an immediate opening for an experienced Dispatcher.

Duties:
- Answer a high volume on inbound calls
- Assist customers with questions, equipment problems, and emergency situations
- Make outbound calls as necessary
- Document conversations in database

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of call center/dispatching experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills and phone presence
- Team player, strong work ethic, willing to learn
- Strong computer skills; able to type at least 35 words per minute

Additional Information:
- This position will most likely be a graveyard shift; however they are looking for candidates who are flexible
- This is a full time position, 40 hours a week, four 10 hour shifts
- A typing test will be administered to asses candidate's typing skills
- Drug screening and background checks are required for this position
