Administrative Assistant
Aerotek currently has an Administrative Assistant opening for an environmental engineering company in Clackamas. This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity and pays $15-$17/hour depending on experience. Shift is 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Provide back-up to customer service managers and dispatching.
- Prepare special invoices to submit to Accounts Receivable.
- Bill out invoices.
- Communicate with customers via phone and fax to ensure that profiling is quickly and accurately completed.
- Handle Fedex shipping.
- Order office and operations supplies, including some Costco trips.
- Handle all phone system administration.
- Manage maintenance of all office equipment.
- Assist in end of the month administrative duties.
