Job Listing: Network Analyst

TEKsystems has a client located in Louisville, KY looking to fill an immediate need for a Network Analyst.

Minimum Experience Required
Requires a minimum of 3 years of systems engineering experience inclusive of programming, systems analysis, interface design/implementation and design of client/server applications. Must have knowledge of systems analysis and design of software solutions and principles of project management. Effective verbal and written communications skills to consult with management, business partners and vendors required. Must have strong skills in Visual Basic, SQL Server, NT, UNIX, Windows 95, PC hardware, and coding. Prefer experience with C, C++, mainframes, Microsoft Project, Access. Must be customer focused. Leadership experience highly desired.

Minimum Education Required
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.

Summary
Provides timely installation of company products while meeting company standards and providing customer satisfaction.

Functions and Responsibilities
1. Designs and implements interfaces with customer equipment by analyzing requirements, providing solutions, testing new and existing application solutions, designing software scripts and overseeing the overall implementation of the product. *
2. Participates in the development of producer/customer automation solutions. Provides problem solving and technical expertise in the design, development, testing and deployment of business applications. *
3. Serves a single point of contact between project team and customer for each assigned project.*
4. Provides training for product during startup phase as required.*
5. Provides training for support personnel on product as required.*
6. Independently resolves logistic and procedure problems.*
7. Develops project documentation including project plans, timelines, work effort estimates, design specifications, technical manuals, and support manuals..*
