Job Listing: Inside Sales

We are looking for a full-time customer service and sales representative to sell computer hardware and software products and provide customer service assistance in its Cambridge, MA office. This position reports to the Sales and Customer Support Manager.

Details:

This person will be required to respond to inbound phone inquiries for both sales and customer service in a courteous and professional manner, follow-up on leads generated through inbound inquiries with phone calls and emails and respond to customer emails and inquiries in a professional manner. He or she will also help prospective customers choose the appropriate product and close the sale, maintain call tracking metrics to assist with departmental reporting, report problems that occur and assist with the resolution, and utilize databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries.

Requirements:

-Prior telephone based sales experience
-Aggressive sales attitude
-Proficiency with Windows XP-Outlook Mail, Word, Excel
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Solid data entry skills- 40 wpm
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ability to multi- task
