Job Listing: Collections Agent/Call Center Agent

We are currently looking for Collection Agents for our client in located in the Chalfont, PA area.

Collection Agents will be responsible for advising customers on payment options and payment plans and respond to customer inquiries over the phone.

Candidates must be able to multi task, have excellent phone and listening skills and provide excellent customer service.

Candidates will be asked to work on a 4 week rotating schedule as follows-

- First 2 weeks- 4 day/10 hour shift with 2 days 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and the other 2 days 10:30 am to 9:00 pm

- Week 3 and 4- 4 day/9 hour shift with 2 days 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and 2 days 11:30 am to 9:00 pm AND one weekend each week- Sat 8:00 am to 12pm and Sun 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.


Candidates must be able to:
- Provide resume and three work references
- Pass computer screening test given by client
- Pass Background and Drug screen

We are looking to have candidates start 10/6/08 for a two week training class from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
