Job Listing: Personnel Assistant Needed -Call

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and reliable Personnel Assistant to join our VA Beach office. If you have previous administrative or human resources experience and thrive in a fast pace environment, then you would fit well in this environment. This will be a part-time position, Monday-Friday, working 20-25 hours per week.

The Personnel Assistant will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for candidates, new hires, and clients, answering and routing high volume phone calls, prescreening candidates for vacant job positions, scheduling interviews, preparing new hire packets, completing I9 documents, conducting reference, drug, and background checks, and assisting with other clerical duties as assigned. Required Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 2 years high volume administrative, human resources, or recruiting assistant experience. Candidates must also be able to work in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills, and great interpersonal skills.
