Job Listing: Logistics Project Coordinator
General Responsibilities/functions include: Manages small to medium size projects May support Senior PMs and/or Program Managers on larger projects/programs Runs projects in accordance with Project Management Methodology Guidelines Identifies all material and depot requirements for Customer AHR service project quotes to ensure all service requirements are met for cost competitive quote submissions Identifies and manages third party logistics support vendors as required to generate sufficient bids to ensure cost competitive quote submissions Generates and gathers required project information to ensure proper execution of projects Tracks and reports progress to project plans, cost/schedule reporting, and change control Analyzes the actual performance against each project plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives Manages relationships with project stakeholders, including internal/external clients and vendors, keeping the stakeholders informed of progress/issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables Arbitrates and resolves conflict and interfaces problems with each project Manages the financial aspects of each project Specific Responsibilities: Assists with AHR quote generation when required by Line of Business Manager, Business Management or Proposals Department and communicates with all participants required for the overall quoting process Manages assignment of project requirements for new and existing AHR Customers with all associated departments and support vendors Manages daily spares shipments to all required depot locations to maintain proper operating inventory levels Attends customer conference calls, meetings and project reviews Assist with spare dispatches and Customer returns for repair processing Coordinates shipments, maintains and controls all AHR inventories for Services Group Maintains database of all material shipments and provides monthly reports to Quality Assurance Department for on time performance deliveries with all AHR Customers Interface daily with services Material Handler for their daily assignments associated to AHR spares materials and shipments Prepares weekly status report for management to report new Customer contracts booked, Customer renewals/non-renewals and pending new business Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency with material and project management software tools used by PMO Working knowledge of and competency in project management processes, including planning tasks and allocating materials, resources, risk management, issues management, time management, financial management, HR management, working in teams, quality management, monitoring and reporting and documentation Ability to plan and facilitate meetings A technical background sufficient to understand the technologies and technical issues involved with the project and Telecom industry Status reporting will need to be provided to executive levels Budget management skills; ability to analyze and review financing plans and related budgetary information to determine the impact on projects Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within cost and time requirements Excellent organizational, facilitation and follow-up skills

Required Skills
College degree, preferably in a technical subject; minor or advanced degree in business or industry-related subject is a plus. Equivalent work experience will be considered 2-5 years project management experience required Logistics and Telecom experience required PMP Certification desired but not required to start
