Job Listing: Freight Auditor

This will require but is not limited to the following: Verifies accuracy of billing data to ensure receipt of items ordered. Compares invoices against purchase orders and shipping/receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered. Inputs computer entries on invoice and credited memoranda to determine processes using calculator. Posts data to control records. Converts currencies. Must be detail oriented and good basic math skills. May coordinate conference calls and provide customer service.

Required Skills
Ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of related experience in the accounting field. Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Accurate data entry skills (min 50 wpm). Good communication/phone skills.
