Job Listing: Enrollment Specialists

Class Information:



· Class-start is scheduled for 11/3/2008.

· 9 positions are open for Florida Tech University Online Enrollment Specialists.

· Training hours: 8:30-5:30pm, Monday thru Friday for approx 3 weeks.

· Permanent hours: 11:30-8:30pm, Monday thru Thursday, then 8:30-5:30pm on Friday.

· There will be one mandatory overtime shift on the last Saturday of every session which occurs from 9:00am to 1:00pm (4 hours). This is the only mandated overtime during each 8 week session.



Compensation:



· $12.00/hr for first 90-days without a 4-year Bachelor’s degree.

· $13.46/hr for first 90-days with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree.

· $3,000.00 automatic pay increase for all new-hires regardless of entry salary after completion of 90-days. Non-lump sum, paid hourly ($1.45 per hour increase). Enrollment Specialists cannot be on any disciplinary action to be eligible for this automatic 90-day increase (attendance and/or performance).

· Eligible Program Representatives (all non disciplinary action) will receive a 9-month (6-month on the floor) performance review. This first performance review will pay a maximum $5,000.00 increase (up to) based on sales performance, attendance, quality, teamwork and professionalism.

· Eligible Program Representatives will receive an performance review up to $3,000.00 increase every 6-months thereafter based on same parameters as the 9-month performance review.

· A $100.00 bonus will be paid to each Enrollment Specialist once their enrolled students reach 24 earned credit hours. This can take 9-18 months per student depending on the course-load they take. This is why we have an aggressive performance review plan (every 6 months), as it takes a long time to receive the $100.00 bonus.
