Job Listing: Manager of Compliance / Audit

Our large publicly traded client in Boca Raton is looking for a strong Compliance Manager. This person will lead the company in developing, analyzing, and testing accounting policies and procedures. This person should have experience in accounting, internal audit, internal controls, IT, operations, and administration. A process-improvement mindset is very important, along with prior management experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 8+ years of accounting/auditing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
