Job Listing: Lead Business Systems Analyst

TEKsystems is looking for a Lead BSA for a local financial client.
Working under the direction of the application development manager, the business analyst senior leads large size project efforts and tasks, and participates in large, complex efforts. Business analyst senior is responsible for producing documentation relating to business, operational, and technical tasks. Interacting with internal customers, the business analyst senior works to solve complex issues understands and participates in project planning and estimating. Knowledge of Treasury Services business is required - especially credit card and information management.
-Identify, asses and record business needs, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs versus benefits
-Helps shape the vision of longer-term requirements
-Communicates business priorities to the technology development teams in order to drive effective business solutions
-Facilitates requirements and design sessions with business and IT
-Researches to determine if solutions to business needs currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible
-Documents business and functional requirements, and communicates these requirements to the development team for design and implementation of business

Duration: 6-12 months plus contract
