Job Listing: Inspector Quality Control

We are currently looking for candidates with a Quality Control Inspector with a strong background in aviation maintenance in Chicago, IL area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate needs to be familiar with A&P Maintenance (Airframe and Powerplant) that is able to inspect incoming purchased parts, articles, materials, and document to requirements of technical data and purchase orders. The candidate will need to inspect outgoing parts, articles, materials, and document to the requirements of export shipping order and FAA requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years experience with Aerospace specific quality inspections
- Current appointment as a FAA-ODAR and CAT-8 inspector
- Experience with working with a Authorized Release Certificates
- Experience with industry standard parts and specifications of the National Aerospace Standards (NAS), Air Force-Navy Aeronautical Standards
- Experience with Transport Canada regulations
- Working relationship with FAA experience with FAA audits or assessments
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals and departments
