Position Overview:
The Enterprise Applications team provides the support and operational maintenance services for the core business systems for HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance and Legal as well as corporate messaging and service desk systems. The team also develops systems through small, medium and large projects working with internal team and external consultants on a regional and international basis. Occasional travel within North America and to Europe may be required. The main responsibilities of this position will be:
· To support and maintain the Our Client's enterprise systems in line with business service levels
· Work on specific project teams to develop enterprise systems and bring those systems into an operational state

Responsibilities:
· Develop work stream plans within project teams to meet defined goals and objectives. Plans include activities, budget, schedule, issues/challenges. Approve plans with IT project manager and share with project team
· Accountable for delivering the work stream plan working with and delegating to the IT project team members in a virtual team
· Manage progress to plan and scope adjusting as required, changes to plan approved by IT Project Manager
· Produce regular reports on time and keeping project documentation up to date and effectively organized in the project site
· Proactively identify problems/issues and resolve them using team, vendor and partner resources effectively
· Communication and collaborate with the project team for sharing issues and seeking advice to resolve them
· Support and work with the team co-ordinating progress of activities across the IT work streams
· Provide team members feedback to improve and develop solutions to issues and challenges
· Develop technology solutions inline with business requirements
· Develop operational processes and tools for ongoing system maintenance
· Execute operational processes to meet defined service levels and business expectations
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree. Microsoft certification (MCSE) preferred
· Extensive experience in enterprise technology implementations preferably in Records Management environments
· End to end project lifecycle experience including scoping requirements, analysis and design, and systems implementation for enterprise content management programs
· Interact with operational and project team personnel at various levels within the organization while providing a can-do attitude
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral ) with confidence to engage with people at all levels of seniority
· Ability to manage a virtual team made up of consultants and operational staff reporting without direct line management responsibility
· Strong Project Management skills. Good problem solver with the ability to proactively tackle issues and see tasks through to completion
· Familiar with Change Management and Configuration Management operational processes and tools
· Strong Microsoft SharePoint/Windows SharePoint Services skills and experience across the core product suite
· Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills and experience in relation to Microsoft SharePoint is advantageous
· Experience with IT Infrastructure enterprise servers, storage, networking and backup systems is advantageous
· Documentum 5.3.x skills and experience on a UNIX (AIX) platform across the core product suite is desirable
· Good understanding of Oracle RDBMS and integration with Documentum would be helpful
· Understanding of Documentum Records Manager, Retention Policy Services to implement records management is advantageous
· Experience with Documentum security, object model and architecture is advantageous
· Installation and configuration of Documentum/Microsoft SharePoint on an enterprise level would be advantageous
· Integration with LDAP and other third party integrations within the enterprise
