Our valued client, located in New Berlin, WI, is seeking a talented individual for their Customer Service Representative II position. This position is a first-shift, direct-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities of CSRII are as follows:
*Responds to inquires and requests by phone, email or fax contact with customer or vendors regarding orders
*Enters customer orders, reorders and warehouse release into the TopForm system accurately and timely
*Provides on going communication and follow-up with customers, vendors and sales reps, regarding order progress
*Completes and submits open order reports and other reports as scheduled and requested
Candidate Qualifications:
*2-5 years experience in Customer Service role with vendor/client servicing experience (NOT Call Center)
*Proficient in MS Word and Excel is crucial (Tested on both)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
