Aerotek Professional Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a national company in West Omaha.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking multiple phone calls concerning credit card accounts. The customer service representative must have experience working in a call center environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with fraud investigations, Visa and Mastercard regulations, and customer support.
