Job Listing: Payroll Manager

Currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Payroll Management opportunity for a leader in the energy services industry. Responsibilities include; but are not limited to the following:

* Supporting a dynamic energy services organization with 600+ employees
* Manage and oversee the payroll process and staff in a multi-state, multi-location environment
* The job requires a highly-capable individual with strong results orientation, collaboration skills, and multi-tasking abilities
* Business partnership experience is essential to the success of this role

Required Skills include:

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field of study
* 5-7 years’ payroll experience in a multi-state, multi-location environment
* 3+ years’ recent experience supervising a payroll staff of 3 or more
* Solid understanding of ADP payroll system
* Strong working knowledge of processing in-house the entire payroll cycle using PeopleSoft
* Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulatory and procedural requirements

Preferred Requirements:

* CPP certification or in process for the certification
* Understanding of GAAP
* Payroll processing experience in Union environments
