Our client, a large Internet securities company, is looking for an authentication specialist. This person will be responsible for authenticating legitimate businesses that have applied for a digital certificate.
On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for the following:
- Document Preparation
- Order Submission and Closure
- Process Documentation
- Data Integrity and Research
- Answer Customer phone and email inquiries
The duties of an Data Integrity and Customer Service Specialist are:
Document Preparation/TLD Requirement Knowledge
Maintain up to date knowledge of TLD requirements for an assigned country portfolio
Create and/or complete required documentation for open requests based on country requirements
Submit documents requiring client signatures along with requirement information to Order Desk
Order Submission and Closure:
When all requirements for an order are met the Fulfillment Specialist will submit the request to the designated supplier via email, web, fax or hard copy, as appropriate
Monitor all pending requests for completion and update the Digital Brand Manager fulfillment engine with the appropriate information.
Process Documentation:
Create and maintain step by step processing documentation.
Data Integrity and Research:
- Ability to organize large data
- Responsible for verifying the accuracy of the DBM data to the registry/registrar data.
- Researches and verifies data to substantiate validity
Answer Customer phone and email inquiries
- Strong customer care, interpersonal skills
- Responsible for answering, resolving, routing and recording internal & external customer calls to appropriate technical or contractual resources
- Responsible for answering, resolving, routing and recording internal & external customer e-mail in call tracking database
- Responsible for creation of Primus knowledgebase articles as related to job duties
- Works to accomplish designated goals, which include but are not limited to call volume and hold times and work quality
- Escalate unresolved issues and /or customer problems to appropriate level of support management
