Job Listing: CSR/Helpdesk

Our client is looking for a customer service representative with a background in helpdesk/technical support. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00.

On a day to day basis this person will be taking orders and entering orders in the Mac Tools system. They will also assist with resetting passwords, mapping new printers and low level technical inquiries. They will spend 2/3 of their time answering customer inquiries and another 1/3 assisting the distributors with order entry, order status and system connection. Anything too technical will go to their technical support line.

To be qualified for this position candidates must have tenure at each of their positions as well as call center experience. A background in technical support is also a must.
