Description:

Software engineer will join a dynamic, growing, high technology engineering organization that designs leading edge embedded communications and cryptographic products. This position will develop network communications software that executes on an embedded real time operating system (RTOS).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
- Candidates are required to have a minimum of 7 years of experience (5 years with MS Degree) developing real-time embedded software in C or C++.
- Minimum of 2 years experience developing software for microprocessor based embedded applications in C or C++ using a real-time operating system such as Green Hills Integrity or VxWorks (required)

Experience:
- Experience with TCP/IP network protocols, routing and writing real-time network communications software in C or C++
- Experience as a technical lead of a embedded software project
- Experience designing and developing software for TCP/IP based network devices
- Knowledge of Capability Maturity Model (CMM)/Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) systems and software development process (preferred, not required)
- Experience writing Network Device Drivers and /or Board Support Packages
- Experience with OOA/OOD (object oriented analysis and design) software development methodology
