Video Game Counselor/Customer Service

Aerotek in partnership with Nintendo of America is looking for qualified individuals to work in their Customer Service / Call Center to answer questions regarding their new video game console and other products and services.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be assisting consumers with a variety of calls:
- Questions regarding set up of the Nintendo game systems to a VCR or TV.
- Basic troubleshooting for an inoperative game or system in order to determine if the problem can be resolved over the phone or needs to come in for repair.
- Answering consumer questions regarding specific Nintendo products and services.
- Documenting and forwarding consumer comments.

Qualified individuals will meet the following requirements:
- Good listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to summarize a discussion.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to use a computer to do research.
- Consumer calls will be received from both children and adults so patience is a must.

Individuals applying for this position must be flexible to work any day of the week. The Customer Service Department is open from 6am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday. You will need to be available to work both weekend days and days surrounding major holidays.

This position pay rate is at $13 an hour.

Other requirements include stable work history, verifiable references, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
