Job Listing: Customer Service - Stratford, CT

Our client, one of the nation’s leading telecommunications company has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives in their Stratford, CT call center.

This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls in regards to account discrepancies, billing inquires and customer questions and concerns. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and able to handle conflict resolution.

This person must possess excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills. In addition, must be customer oriented and able to effectively communicate.

Minimum requirements include 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment or bank teller experience. Experience preferred in an environment similar to our client, or in lieu of experience a college degree.

Individuals MUST be able to work SECOND SHIFT from 3:30-midnight and train 9:00-5:30 for the first 5 weeks.
