Job Listing: Senior Level Project Manager

Job Description:

Our client is seeking qualified applicants to join their team of professionals. They are currently seeking a Senior level Project Manager capable of managing multiple small and large commercial projects ranging between $5 - $10 million. Duties will include estimating, bidding, coordination and implementation of subcontracts, management of project superintendents, scheduling, client relations, business development, etc.

Requirements:
- 10 - 15 years Commercial Construction Management Experience
- Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Mechanical

Candidates should also have experience with building Religious / Educational Facilities and the ability to network and bring in more business. Currently our client's office consists of approximately 30 people including 5 Project Managers and 10 Superintendents.
