Job Listing: Engineering Manager

A leading manufacturer in Charlotte, NC is looking to at a Engineering Manager to their team.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for research and development of new product lines

- Supervisors and coordinates the activities of the engineering department

- Conducts a continuous search of new processes, procedures, and developments that could improve the operation of the department and improve product line.

- Prepares research and development requests and justifications

- Prepares budget and schedules for the development of new product lines.

- Assists sales department in sales presentations, catalogues, and general advertising literature.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of BS in Engineering

- Minimum of 8 years in Research and Development of Product Development engineering in a fluid-handling field.

- Participation in engineering organizations and standards writing committees.

- General knowledge of one or more CAD software

- General knowledge of one or more BD programs

- General knowledge of one or more PDM systems

- General knowledge of the ANSI standards for engineering documentation

- Sound knowledge of engineering theory and design.
