Aerotek has teamed up with their client in search for a qualified Human Resource Assistant.
Candidate will be performing a combination of secretarial and support activities within the Human Resource and Legal Affairs activities. Main job responsibilities will be:
* Overseeing the maintenance and implementation of all employee records
* Assisting in the administration of employee health, welfare and retirement plans company-wide
* Maintaining the human resource information system
* Assist in the coordination of training documents within Matrix
* Performing a variety of employee relation activities consistent with standard procedures
* Provides secretarial support to the human resources department, legal affairs and others as the needs arise
* Maintain training library
* Administers the employee tuition reimbursement program.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* High School diploma
* Bachelors Degree
* 2-4 years experience in Human Resources department
* MUST HAVE HRIS experience, Ceridian is a BIG plus!

Rate: $38,575 to $47,718 per Year
