Receptionist / Data Entry Specialist

A growing electronic manufacturer located in San Marcos is currently seeking a Receptionist / Data Entry Specialist to join their team.

Duties for this position include:
- Responsible for answering phone lines (6-lines) for company and sister company.
- Will be working on computer for the majority of the day.
- Will be entering BOM’s, PO’s and all accounts receivables and payables.
- Responsible for doing collections calls for Accounts Receivables and overdue bills. Maintain client relationships.
- Perform filing and grow with the company.
- Must have experience working with Excel and QuickBooks.
