Job Listing: Corporate Retail Customer Service

Our client, a national retail clothing store, is looking for a Tech Support Customer Service Rep. This person will be responsible for taking calls from associates at the retail level and assisting them with scheduling time off and their work schedules. The hours will be Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for taking inbound calls from store sales associates, providing them with their work schedules and scheduling days off. If there are any problems with the scheduling system, this person will be working with the sales associate to resolve the issues or concerns.

To be qualified for this position, candidates should have a high school degree, excellent tenure in customer service positions and a great personality. Technical experience is not required, as you will be trained on the system. A background in retail fashion is preferred.

This position is scheduled to be a 4 month contract. Since this is an immediate opening, individuals will need to be able to personally interview within 24 hours.
