We are looking for a person who can drive a project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers on technical matters.
Your Job Responsibilities will be to:
Understand the technical needs of a customer to help develop and deliver a viable solution.
Develop relationships with multiple teams and Product Managers and provide them with technical and analytical information.
Organize cross functional activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule.
May manage multiple projects and may oversee others.

This is an estimated 3-12 month contract position through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, which is headquartered in Redmond, Washington. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.
Required Skills
Required Skills for this Online Advertising Program Manager include:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of industry experience out of which 1 year will be strong "hands-on" web application development.
Must have the ability to think strategically.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills required.
Technology Skills:
Solid experience with .Net framework, ASP.Net 2.0, VB.Net, C#, ADO.Net, XML.
Excellent understanding of DHTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript.
Experience in implementing cross browser web applications supporting IE, Firefox, Netscape and Safari.
