Job Listing: Legal Secretary
Volt Services Group is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a prestigious International Law Firm here in the Chicago Loop. The Legal Secretary will primarily be responsible for working in a faced-paced environment providing secretarial support to the attorneys in a variety of practice areas. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: typing, formatting, editing and formatting, editing and finalizing legal documents, entering attorney time, making travel arrangements, interfacing with clients, calendar maintenance, filing and general secretarial duties as assigned.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recent and direct legal secretarial experience. Must have advanced proficiency working in MS Word 2000 and be proficient in formatting documents utilizing STYLES. A minimum typing speed of 55+ wpm is required. PowerPoint and Excel experience are also strongly preferred.
