Perspectives Corporation seeks Full-Time, bilingual (English/Spanish) bachelor’s level candidate for our expanding Home Based Therapeutic Services Program for our northern based office. As a primarily south county provider, Perspectives Corporation is looking to expand our service delivery of intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) and Personal Assistance Services and Supports (PASS) for children and families throughout Northern Rhode Island. Perspectives Corporation has expertise in behavioral healthcare, providing comprehensive supports to children and families who are deaf or hard of hearing, and a state of the art early intensive behavioral intervention program for children diagnosed with Autism. Perspectives Corporation has earned top honors 4 years in a row of being named one of Rhode Island’s best places to work by RI Monthly Business News. Must be able to implement treatment plans and analyze data while collectively working within a clinical team to support children with special healthcare needs. Additional responsibilities may include: supporting the Human Resource Dept. with recruitment, interviewing, and facilitating trainings for new direct support staff to support program expansion. Must have BA Degree in related field and experience working with children diagnosed with special healthcare needs.
