The qualified individual for this position would ensure timely and efficient completion of detailed engineering projects to achieve company cost and customer service objectives. Also, the qualified individuals would act as project leader with technical responsibility for design planning, organizing, and conducting technical projects or phases of projects involving design and development of new or improved products and/or processes.

Required Skills
Education and Experience:
The qualified candidates must possess a BSEE.
8+ years of experience
Electronic or electromechanical product development experience from proposal thru qualification.
Analog and digital circuit design experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering theories, including mechanical, electronic, packaging, and/or optics or related engineering theories, principles, industry practices, concepts, techniques, regulations, and policies.
